Company Description: Join our team at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital with 141 total staffed beds.

Job Details:
- Outpatient Position, may float to acute care based on census
- Department: Rehab
- Shift Hours: Days 8:30 AM - 5 PM
- Start Date: Certification Preferred - NPI
- Ratios: 1:2-3
- Experience in Ortho and general outpatient required
- Cases include outpatient/acute split, orthopedic, gait/balance, post-surgical, aquatic therapy, and neuro
- One-on-one patient care with 8-12 patients per 8 hr shift
- Call and weekend coverage as mutually discussed

Hospital Highlights:
- Scrub Color: All except ER: Any solid color, ER: solid black, OR/LD: provided, Charting: EPIC
- Free parking in unrestricted spaces, designated staff parking area

Shift Information:
Day shifts, 5x8-Hour, 08:30 - 17:00

Skills and Certifications Required:
