We are searching for individuals who enjoy the challenge of bringing smiles to people's faces. Vancouver Clinic is currently looking for a Part-time Patient Services Representative to become part of our Registration department in Battle Ground. Your main tasks will be to welcome, aid, and deliver outstanding customer service to our patients during check-ins for appointments.
- SCHEDULE: Saturday and Sunday, from 6:15am to 5:15pm
- Hourly compensation starts at $17.60, with the actual hiring rate based on qualifications and professional background. Full-time employees will have 100% of the Medical, Dental, and Rx Insurance premium paid by Vancouver Clinic.
The ideal candidate should possess a warm personality, positive demeanor, and a passion for making a difference in our patients' lives.
Key responsibilities include greeting patients and their families, handling co-pays, gathering and updating insurance details, managing phone calls, scheduling, referrals, and any other tasks as assigned.
If you excel in multitasking, collaborating effectively in a team setting, and can uphold a positive outlook in a fast-paced atmosphere, then you are the perfect fit for our team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the medical front office
- Essential 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Epic system is a plus
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer keyboarding

Pay Range: $23.07

Moreover, we have a 401k retirement plan with employer contributions kicking in after the initial year of employment.
Benefit-eligible team members can accumulate PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State regulations, starting at 120 hours (full-time) and increasing with tenure.
