Responsibilities
- Make an impact in your community
- As a Financial Sales Advisor, you'll have the opportunity each day to see how you impact individuals, families, and small businesses for the better
- You'll help clients navigate challenges that many of them find complex and confusing such as preparing for retirement, saving for college, and other issues that significantly impact their lifestyle
- Commit to remaining educated about the various types of insurance, insurance-related protocols, and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of program requirements and ensure our customers are satisfied
- Work with each client to collect personal financial information including status, cash flow, and expectations for documentation in our CRM
- Assist clients with decisions related to life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services
- Employ a research-based approach to providing financial advice and strategies based on educational meetings and/or seminars centered on client risk tolerance and financial goals
- Develop and implement tailored financial plans using our array of services while considering each client's financial needs and life circumstances
- Implement social media and other marketing tools to identify, seek, and generate prospects with whom you can foster strong, long-term relationships as a reliable financial service professional
What is expected of our Agents?
- The ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients
- Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/circumstances they may encounter
- Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals
- Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients
- Have a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and stability of the community over time
- Must have the ability to successfully network and prospect for new clients
- Must possess uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas
- Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required
