Account Development Coordinator

Remote Position - Must Reside in CT, NY, or NJ

About the Position:

The Account Development Coordinator is responsible for driving referrals by cultivating and expanding our referral base through effective communication and relationship building by first generating lists and then outreach including cold calling, Salesforce cadences, and other methods as necessary. The primary focus of this role is to expand outreach to potential referents ensuring that brand awareness is as large as possible.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Your Role:
  • Cold call potential referral sources and have comfort directly asking for business.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of account information in the CRM system.
  • Research and identify prospects, new contacts, and manage and grow contacts effectively.
  • Perform cold calling activities to reach out to potential referral sources.
  • Utilize a consultative and proactive approach to secure and retain business from decision makers.
  • Secure business through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities directed at decision makers.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Associates to assist in filling their calendars with new business meetings.
  • Use multiple methods of outreach to communicate with contacts.
  • Regularly update and track activities in the CRM System.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in inside sales is preferred.
  • Prior experience in substance use disorder is preferred but not required.
Compensation:

The base rate of pay for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour with a highly competitive commission plan. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
