Your Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track Sales & Profit KPIs regularly, working closely with Visual Merchandisers to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Ensure store operations and best practices are followed, focusing on proper scheduling to enhance conversion rates and deliver excellent customer service within the sales budget.
  • Collaborate with your team to prioritize actions that drive sales and implement strategies outlined in the Commercial Handbook.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, development, and succession planning in line with H&M standards.
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and take necessary actions to enhance team performance.
  • Communicate business performance, company culture, and training focuses effectively to the store team.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and handle security issues appropriately.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Promote feedback and a strong company culture among your team members.
