The primary job function is to work in a fast-pace professional call center environment providing excellent customer service to all customers on both inbound and outbound calls.

Essential Job Functions

Takes first report claims calls, which typically involve all lines of company business. 90%

Works and completes all applications and processes necessary to tend to customer issues.5%

Utilizes basic understanding of products and systems to complete tasks independently. 5%

Other functions may be assigned -

Qualifications/Competencies

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required

Experience: Describe the required/desired years and type of experience

At least 1 year of call center and/or customer service experience

Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Knowledge and Skills: Describe any required/desired specialized knowledge, skills or abilities

Must be able to learn and support Company policies and procedures.

Professional conduct is essential to this position.

Requires strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

Requires efficient written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.

Requires excellent teamwork skills.

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and applications required (i.e. Microsoft Office).

The ability to multi-task and organize communications is preferred.
