Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Program Management overseeing multiple complex projects
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project roadmaps for the portfolio
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects within set budget, scope, and schedule
  • Capable of making objective decisions based on strategic priorities and business performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience in managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications
  • Strong skills in supervision, organization, interpersonal communication, and time management
  • Proficient in presentation, training, and both oral and written communication
  • Experience using project management tools like Microsoft Project
  • 5 years of experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on developing project plans for complex business requirements
  • Effective communication at all organizational levels, adept at evaluation skills and preparing clear reports
  • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies is a plus
  • Desirable to have a PMI certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Experience with Cloud technologies and SaaS applications preferred
  • Experience in collaborating with Federal, State, and Local Government entities highly desired
  • Prior involvement in managing statewide IT project implementations is a plus
  • Experience in creating and implementing governance models for IT modernization efforts desired
  • Familiarity with Child Welfare Information Systems Implementation highly sought after
