This position is responsible for providing excellent parts sales and support to a broad range of customers from start to finish of each transaction. Duties include:

Conducting exceptional customer service over the phone, face to face, and via email

Taking parts orders accurately and helping customers decipher parts issues (such as part numbers, quantities, sourcing freight, timeliness, etc.)

Work overtime as needed

Participate in on-call rotation schedule

Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

High school graduate or equivalent

At least 2 years experience in a hands-on customer service position

Previous experience in a heavy equipment/parts/industrial work environment preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude helpful

Excellent computer skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment

Work as part of a team to achieve department and company goals

Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills

Professional communication skills

Positive, outgoing personality

Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
