Support Sales Staff by managing project schedules, entering sales orders and creating quotes. Collaborate with other
departments.

【ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Support sales staff, create quotes and project data, and follow up with the customers.
  • Create program for key accounts and manage progress and data analysis.
  • Coordinate smooth collaboration between other departments.
  • Updates and maintain CRM contents.
  • Notify clients about our new products, prices, discontinued products and other sales related information.
  • Organize "Back-Order" list in detail from "Daily Sales Report" by bi-weekly.
  • Responsible for creation and approval of documents including but not limited to; presentation materials, Sample
Request, Customer Master Change Request, and Discount Approval Request.

  • Enter sales orders in Microsoft Great Plain (EDP).
  • Create and provide Monthly Sales Data for Sales Staff.
  • Monitor and follow-up "Project List" with sales staff and the customers.
  • Prepare minutes on "Weekly Report Meeting" and "Sales Meeting".
  • Other duties as assigned and requested by the organization.
【QUALIFICATIONS】
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
COMPETENCIES / SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze information
  • Demonstrated experience in social media/video marketing to increase brand value and recognition
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have valid driver license in the US
