Discover Our Opportunity:
- The Compliance Intern role at IRC in Florida involves supporting compliance efforts to ensure adherence to local, federal, and internal regulations related to refugee resettlement and funding practices.
- This position requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week for at least three months, offering valuable experience in a vital sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust compliance program in alignment with state and federal laws.
- Assist in monitoring compliance metrics per contract and establishing an effective tracking system.
- Support in grant reporting outcomes verification and remain updated on relevant laws and agreements.
- Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to grant requirements and continuously improve processes.

- Create a compliance resource library for Program staff using Box as a centralized tool.
