Your Impact:

As an Adult Day Service Activity Worker you will be reporting to the Adult Day Service (ADS) Activity Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities designed to meet the diverse needs of our clients. From assisting with personal care to leading engaging activities and outings, you'll contribute to creating a supportive and stimulating environment where clients can flourish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate ADS activity programming
  • Implement individual clients' plans of care with compassion and attention to detail
  • Provide personal care assistance and support clients' participation in activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other ADS-related events
Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:
  • High school diploma or above with at least 2 years of related work experience
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese, Toishanese, or Mandarin) is required; English language ability is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including standing, walking, and assisting clients or objects weighing over 75 pounds
  • Flexibility to work during standard business hours 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional additional hours as needed
  • Willingness to get CPR trained and certified
