Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

Position Summary:

The **Business Operations Coordinator** plays a vital role in supporting site sales and marketing operations by managing tasks such as tour reception, contract processing, and gifting. Ensuring top-notch guest experiences is our priority, as we contribute to delivering unforgettable vacations and creating lifelong memories for families.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:
  • Provide outstanding experiences to all guests, both internal and external.
  • Welcome and qualify touring guests, verifying guest information.
  • Distribute gifts and oversee daily premium management.
  • Prepare sales contracts and assist property owners with queries.
  • Maintain owner information and handle contract-related issues.
  • Handle cash, deposits, and data entry efficiently and accurately.
  • Update sales and marketing reports regularly.
  • Offer administrative support to various internal departments.
  • Handle tasks like accounts payable, commission incentives, and inventory management.
Qualifications
  • Maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of multitasking in a high-energy sales environment.
  • Detail-oriented whether working independently or in a team setting.
  • Experience in timeshare, retail, hospitality, or administration is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel) and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
