Job Title: Program Manager at Trilogy

About the Job: The Program Manager will lead the Pathways Programs within the Residential Programs at Trilogy. They will provide clinical supervision, run team meetings, oversee services, and ensure quality service delivery. The Program Manager will work closely with external partners to enhance communication and collaboration across programs and community partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client moves and treatment planning
  • Adjust employee schedules and allocate resources
  • Review program budget and make necessary adjustments
  • Provide supervision and coaching to team members
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements
  • Represent Trilogy to external partners
  • Model a client-centered approach to services
  • Assess team morale and maintain positive culture
  • Support team members with crisis interventions and engagement skills
  • Ensure documentation compliance with standards
  • Complete interviewing and training of new staff
  • Perform other assigned duties/projects

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum two years experience in mental health and/or substance abuse
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in a residential 24-hour program preferred
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Expert knowledge in harm reduction services
