Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Groundskeeper to join our team at our beautiful at our beautiful Lost Creek at Lakewood Ranch residential apartment community in Bradenton, FL.

You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents. You will address our resident's service needs and will help maintain facility operations.

Position Specifics

  • Full-Time
  • Pay: $17-$18.50
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cleaning and maintenance of units, grounds and common areas
  • Help with unit trash outs
  • Help with snow removal in winter
  • Perform daily inspections of the community, ensuring it is litter free
  • Provide direct support to your Maintenance Supervisor
Skills for Success:
  • Ability to work overtime and on call, and a non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • You will need to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform tasks.
