Job Summary and Qualifications:The Clinical Resource Director plays a crucial role in managing the clinical supply expenses for one or more hospitals. This position entails driving positive change, optimizing contracts, and collaborating with various stakeholders to execute the supply expense plan effectively.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate confidence, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply expenses.
- Identify areas for improvement in supply expense margins.
- Participate in value analysis meetings and maintain product quality.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate to implement continuous improvement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare value analysis and leadership roles.
- Preferred certifications such as CMRP or CVAHP.
