Ensemble Arts is in need of hiring a Dishwasher.

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep work environment clean and ensure safety in food preparation areas.
  • Supervise the setup and breakdown of work areas.
  • Wash, stack, and store China, glassware, silverware, and more.
  • Help with organizing food deliveries promptly.
  • Handle recycling and trash removal duties.
  • Adhere to daily cleaning checklists for opening and closing.
  • Aid in food preparation and other tasks assigned by the chef.
  • Support restaurant service and catered events.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Participate in training new staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Some work experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Capable of standing or walking for 8-hour shifts and lifting 30 pounds
  • Must follow food safety procedures
  • Availability for flexible shifts (mandatory Sunday availability)
