The *** Global Network Services is looking for a Senior Network Engineer focused on Real Estate projects and network infrastructures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing functional network infrastructures within the global landscape of 400+ locations.

Qualifications

  • Must have 7+ years of proven network engineering experience designing and deploying large-scale multi-vendor enterprise networks and project delivery
  • Advanced understanding of network hardware, software, protocols, and technologies
  • Strong hands on experience and deep understanding with Routing, Switching, SD-WAN, Wireless and network segmentation.
  • Familiarity with network monitoring, management, and troubleshooting tools
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent experience
  • Network Automation (Ansible, Python, etc.) a plus.
  • Sharp troubleshooting faculties, deductive reasoning, and careful attention to detail.
  • Independent and self-directed work ethic when participating in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written to develop technical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to perform under pressure and detail oriented
  • Dedicated commitment to service availability and quality user experience.
  • Must be results driven with a strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains documentation related to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
  • Responsible for design, installation, and maintenance of all network devices within the network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop consensus, drive results, and execute projects across the organization on time and within budget
  • Manage several simultaneous projects from conception through implementation
  • Develop and maintain standards and designs for Branch infrastructure with the Architecture team.
  • Works with internal and external resources to coordinate procurement of network equipment from quote to delivery.
  • Work closely with senior management, network architecture, network engineering and operations teams.
  • Participates in change review process and occasional after hours change implementations.
  • Enhances efficiency via automation when and wherever possible.
  • Act as an escalation engineer for high severity network related production issues, work with engineers and various vendors to identify tactical and strategic solutions
