Primary Duties:
- Review and optimize Owned Brand and Merchandising processes.
- Proactively monitor deadlines and escalate issues when needed.
- Conduct trainings on new processes and tools.
- Manage calendar and update development timelines.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams.
- Track strategic metrics for diversity and ESG.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5+ years of project management/operations experience in retail.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Experience in product development within the beauty industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in production management software and tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence decision-making effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
