Primary Duties:


  • Review and optimize Owned Brand and Merchandising processes.
  • Proactively monitor deadlines and escalate issues when needed.
  • Conduct trainings on new processes and tools.
  • Manage calendar and update development timelines.
  • Facilitate clear communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Track strategic metrics for diversity and ESG.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • 5+ years of project management/operations experience in retail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience in product development within the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in production management software and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
