Responsibilities:

· Review product and software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance and completeness is in place and working and to ensure mitigation of risks in place.

· Review all test artifacts like test strategy, test approach, parallel payroll approach, test scripts, test logs and test summary report.

· Provide inputs for enterprise-wide business solutions comprising of people, process, and technology.

· Monitor progress and health of the overall initiative.

· Collaborate & Coordinate with inter-connected work streams (Product lead, Data conversion, Reporting, change management, Testing & External vendor's) to ensure standard processes are followed and help them in project task to achieve program milestone.

· Address any problems/impediments arising during the program and bring in correct stakeholders to resolve.

· Guide the project by leveraging Vendor's Cloud implementation methodology, as well as Client specific methodology that needs to be taken into consideration.

· Create and maintain program roadmap ensuring alignment across all line of business

· Staff the project with Vendor resources and manage their activities to ensure an on-time completion of the project.

· Conducted in-depth analysis of various contractual deliverables from a contractual and quality standpoint, while making sound recommendations in accordance with business processes and SDLC practices.

· Review and finalize/maintain project plans (with scope, resources, milestones, offshore roles, planning, delivery commitments, UAT etc.)

· Validate that documentation and preparation for milestone reviews, artifact submission and KT readiness is performed to expectations.

· Establish working relationships with functional, technical, business and core team members and take proactive steps in identifying and mitigating testing gaps at the program level.

· Analyzing the set of business processes and provide inputs to the test artifacts based on analysis of business process documents, requirements, Master configurations, Functional and technical specification.

· Liaise with Executive sponsors for the program.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· 15+ Years of experience in Oracle ERP application (SDLC).

· Working experience on Oracle Cloud Application (HCM or Finance or SCM) – HCM Preferred.

· Oracle HCM Cloud experience in at least one or more modules (Time & Labor, Payroll & Benefits, Recruiting)

· Experience in Defining and managing the project implementation plan and governance tools throughout the project.

· Experience in driving resolution for issues and risks identified throughout the project.

· Prior experience in Leading ERP (implementation/Upgrades)

· Strong knowledge & Understanding on Testing processes (Type of Testing SIT, UAT, Performance)

· Displays effective analytical skills.

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

· Oracle Certification is an add-on.
