About the Position
The Talent Management Program Manager plays a key role in setting a vision and strategy, and then developing and executing a talent management program that aligns with organizational objectives. This program focuses on nurturing high-potential talent, establishing effective career paths, and optimizing succession planning within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with senior leadership to identify essential leadership traits and create strategies for long-term leadership and role development.
  • Conduct assessments to pinpoint leadership skill gaps and suggest tailored development programs.
  • Independently design and deliver leadership development frameworks and programs.
  • Collaborate on a global talent strategy, spanning recruitment to succession planning.
  • Manage talent reviews for all departments, aiding leaders in recognizing high-potential employees and shaping the next generation of leaders.
  • Enhance performance management by conducting bi-annual reviews and setting individual development goals.
  • Create career growth pathways and implement succession plans based on talent reviews.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management.
  • Certifications in Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and career coaching are a plus.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in talent management, focusing on leadership development and performance management.
  • In-depth expertise in talent development, including high potential development and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and implement best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and align strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to work under pressure and irregular hours occasionally.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
