Clean and Safe Environment

Ensure our furry friends are always in a safe and clean environment we take pride in working as a team to get all the nitty gritty complete

Maintain and update cleaning schedule, along with holding themselves and team accountable to the Dogtopia safety and cleaning standards.

Inventory management of cleaning, dog and First Aid supplies.

Customer Service Presentation

Maintains a neat and organized Front Desk team and area at all times

Sets the example for the team on the 3 Ss (smile, story, and satisfaction) and hold accountable to internal and external customer service standards


Strive for high customer review ratings by always smiling and providing a warm greeting for all of our customer dogs and pet parents Ability to remember and identify customer dogs and pet parent names is essential.

Answer in-bound calls, provide sales information and set up Meet & Greet appointments

Answers in-bound customer calls with the highest customer service standards

Perform outbound calls to existing customers to remind them about daycare

Interact with pet parents and ensure that all packages and memberships are up to date

Contact veterinary clinics to obtain vaccination records

Perform outbound reminder calls for Meet & Greets and other appointments

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old and love dogs

  • Comfortable in a high stress, multitasking environment
  • Some customer experience desired
  • Have the ability to lift 40 pounds or more
  • Great memory that can recall dogs and pet parents easily
  • Availability for early mornings, late evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable asking for business and talking to current and potential pet parents
