As we implement a new Netsuite ERP system, we seek a skilled Financial Accountant to prepare financial statements for subsidiary entities, manage audits, and support our Tax Reporting team.

Key responsibilities include ensuring general ledger accuracy, collaborating with the ERP team, and preparing financial reporting packages.

If you have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3-5 years of financial accounting experience, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, we invite you to join our dynamic team.

Netsuite experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct closing activities and make necessary accounting adjustments and reclassifications
to ensure the accuracy of the general ledger.

  • Research historical transactions, piece together the financial puzzle, and communicate a
comprehensive understanding of the entity and its activities to auditors.

  • Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to support the design and testing of complex
accounting matters. NetSuite experience is highly preferred.

  • Prepare subsidiary-level financial reporting packages, including trial balance, tax returns, and
reconciliation packages.

  • Actively ensure compliance with accounting and reporting activities, identify and pursue
improvement opportunities, follow up on issues, and promote teamwork and synergy within
the accounting team.

  • Work independently in a challenging environment, multitasking to assist with various
accounting activities.

  • Oversee and maintain the technical aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and
timely integration of financial data across various systems and modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Financial Accounting (essential) which may include public
accounting firm experience.

  • Proficient and confident in both oral and written communication.
  • Self-starter with strong control mind set and the ability to demonstrate capability and
willingness to be hands-on."

  • Strong planning and organizational abilities, with the skill to balance competing priorities
effectively.
