Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to further the mission of providing and building affordable housing.
  • Advocate for affordable housing policies at local, state, and national levels.
  • Oversee fundraising efforts and secure financial resources for projects.
  • Manage the planning, development, and construction of Habitat homes.
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors on strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with community stakeholders and media to raise awareness of Habitat's work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in not-for-profit management or relevant field.
  • Experience in budgeting, fiscal management, and reporting.
  • Experience working with a board of directors.
