I. Job Definition
The Marketing Coordinator's main responsibilities are the production of RFP proposals, qualification statements, government forms, bid supplemental information, brochures, presentations, website, multi-media and other collateral and electronic materials.
Secondary duties include the support of other marketing professionals and supervisors.Individuals with a four-year degree in Marketing, Journalism, English or a similar/applicable major OR with successful marketing experience working within the A/E/C industry are prime applicants.
Two+ years marketing experience is preferred; industry experience strongly desired, but not required. Familiarity with desktop publishing and graphic design programs (from the Adobe Creative Suite) is nonnegotiable. Coordinator must be competent at writing and editing, and have communication/presentation skills. Proficiency with time management and organizational concepts and practices; multi-tasking and detail-orientation is a must. Ability to converse clearly by phone, video call, and face to face. Must have reliable transportation. (Employment offers are contingent upon successfully completing a pre-employment drug test).Salary Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days/40 hours per week minimum, with overtime as assigned or until work is completed.
Day shift, however times may vary depending upon work assignments as deemed necessary by management.IV. Management Discretion
