The Position
The Contra Costa Health Services Behavioral Health Division, along with consumers, families, staff, and community-based agencies, offers integrated services for mental health, substance abuse, and other needs to support wellness and recovery. They respect the diversity of the individuals they serve.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with Mental Health Clinicians and other professionals to assist adults in crisis.
  • Providing services as part of the Assisted Outpatient Treatment program.
  • Engaging with clients, families, and community services.
We are seeking someone who:
  • Is a proactive problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Works well in a team environment to implement best practices.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Builds positive rapport with clients and families.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in mental health crisis intervention and working in community settings.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
