Full Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
    • Performing clinical duties under the supervision of a physician and team lead in a busy, patient-focused medical clinic.
    • Assisting physicians in exam rooms; guiding patients to exam rooms, interviewing patients, measuring vital statistics, and documenting in the electronic record.
    • Providing instructions to patients following physician orders; accessing reports, and labs; maintaining stocked exam rooms with medical supplies.
    • Taking phone messages; offering feedback and addressing patient/physician/pharmacy inquiries; handling other tasks as delegated by Practice Managers.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding customer service and critical thinking; maintaining efficient and organized systems for ensuring smooth patient flow; adept at multitasking; able to stand, walk, lift, and perform other physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Minimum Requirements:
    • High school graduate or equivalent; certified Medical Assistant or relevant work experience preferred; proficiency in computer skills; capable of standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and other physical duties as necessary.
    • Preferably, experience as a Medical Assistant.
  • Benefits:
