Data Scientist

Our AI & Digital Innovations teams bring the latest GenAI techniques plus a deep understanding of industry dynamics and corporate functions to help clients create the most value from data. Involved in specific engagements involving the building of new, bespoke advanced AI solutions for clients and internally. Leveraging your advanced AI/ML skills, presenting complex results in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders with different backgrounds, and advising on the best strategies based on the model's findings. You need to ensure that all models and algorithms developed adhere to client standards and best practices and comply with all relevant regulatory and company privacy policies. Collaborating closely with other data scientists, machine learning engineers, and stakeholders to understand the project's objectives and translate these into innovative, data-driven solutions.

Skills: We are looking for a data scientist with a solid GenAI background, with a minimum of 5 – 7 years of AI/ML experience in the production level scalable systems.

An ideal candidate will have following qualifications:

Working experience on Azure CloudBackground in developing data science projects, handling complex large data sets – unstructured, semi-structured, or structured.Leverage data-driven techniques to design, develop and improve Generative AI models, drawing on expertise in areas such as machine learning, deep learning, and statistics.Conduct comprehensive data analysis and modeling, applying AI / ML and statistical methods to large datasets to effectively harness useful insights and generate creative outputs.Utilizing Python for building high-quality GenAI systems. Expert level skills in using Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Llama index, and Lang ChainExperience in using LLMs, preferably GPT4 and Llama2 LLMs. Strong experience on Embedding methods.Experience in optimization and fine-tuning LLMs / Embedding and LLM Evals.Build and maintain robust data pipelinesRunning testing and validation of the models to ensure accuracy, quality, and generalization of the models on unseen datasets.Ensure that all models and algorithms developed adhere to client standards and best practices, and comply with all relevant regulatory and company privacy policies.Fast prototype developmentPossess a creative mind set developing innovative, data-driven solutionsWork independently and a team player.

Education: Bachelor's degree in quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field required. Advanced degree is a strong plus
