Job description

Maintenance Specialist/Handyman

Job Summary
Under general supervision travel between various centers and perform a variety of Property Maintenance duties.

Main Responsibilities and Functions

  • Perform the DaytoDay maintenance of our Urgent Care Centers.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and schedule repairs.
  • Perform a variety of minor repairs in HVAC, Electrical and Drywall patching/painting, etc.
  • Travel between centers and execute repairs in a timely manner.
  • Possess verbal, written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff.
  • Able to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain repair logs.
  • Interact with outside vendors if needed.
  • Perform other maintenance duties as required.

Requirements:

  • General Maintenance, residential/commercial experience is required
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Clean Driving Record & License is required and a current driving record must be presented during the interview.
A criminal background check is mandatory along with pre-employment and random drug testing.
