Shift: Part-time role with 24 hours per week

The community you'll be serving:

AdventHealth Fish Memorial located at 1055 Saxon Blvd, Orange City, FL 32763

Your responsibilities:

  • Actively engaging in exceptional customer service
  • Serving as a communicator between the administrative team, employees, physicians, patients, families, and customers
  • Offering general supervision in the hospital and aiding in communication among various stakeholders
  • Supporting and resolving patient care and employee concerns
  • Coordinating patient placement and assisting with daily staffing issues
  • Utilizing electronic medical records efficiently for patient information retrieval

Requirements for success:

  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Nursing
  • Previous experience as a charge nurse or in a supervisory role
  • Current RN License from the State of Florida Board of Examiners
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • At least 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care environment
  • Prior ICU or ED experience
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
