Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to the underground utility sector.
- Coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Support special projects and initiatives related to underground utility operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing safety programs and compliance within the utility industry.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or utility industry.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Pay:
$ $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
