Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to the underground utility sector.
  • Coordinate company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to underground utility operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing safety programs and compliance within the utility industry.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction or utility industry.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Pay:
$ $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
