Receptionist
Immediate opening for receptionist - concierge at busy high-line automotive dealership. The position requires superior phone skills, professional friendly attitude, organized approach to completing tasks, and excellent follow through.

Hours include:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9-6. Saturday 9-5. Closed Sundays.

Essential Duties

  • Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
  • Obtains and records basic customer information, using dealership CRM.
  • Answers basic customer inquiries. Refers more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate salesperson that a customer is waiting, or introduces the customer to a salesperson.
  • Answers inbound phone calls. Re-Directs as needed.
  • Takes payment from clients.
  • Serves as clerical backup (accounting/filing).
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Previous experience in customer service, with a multi-line phone system, cash and credit card transactions necessary. Basic understanding of automotive systems a plus. Reliability is a must.
