As the Clinician Services Manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding, be a liaison to ensure all clinician support needs are well organized and seamless, and serve as the main point of contact for organizational clinicians.

Typical Schedule

Monday thru Friday, daytime hours

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of clinician recruitment experience, required.
  • Bachelor's degree in practice management, business, human resources, communications, or healthcare related field, preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing full scope of recruitment initiatives, participate in recruitment planning and development of clinician opportunities and services.
  • Consulting and communicating with leadership, physicians, and APCs, to design lead generation strategies.
  • "Selling" OMC to potential candidates.
  • Screening clinician candidates.
  • Arranging and hosting clinician site visits.
  • Coordinating onboarding activities with key department stakeholders in marketing, credentialing, business office, finance, and operations leadership.
  • Initiating credentialing/privileging process with credentialing coordinator.
  • Maintaining a constant source of information regarding new clinician contacts, taking appropriate and timely measures to recruit clinicians.
  • Acting as the clinicians' first point of contact for questions related to benefits, leaves of absence, and other general human resources related questions.
  • Assisting clinicians with CME reimbursement, monitoring CME requirements, and tracking completed CME.
