Job Responsibilities:

  • Escort incoming guests to their rooms and assist with luggage.
  • Attend and actively participate in monthly front desk meetings.
  • Inspect guests' rooms to ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies.
  • Explain room features such as TV, radio, telephone, and in-room entertainment systems.
  • Provide information on hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and entertainment options.
  • Maintain a clean lobby environment, including ashtrays, trash, seating areas, and entrances.
  • Keep the front porte-cochere clean and organized.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Follow specific instructions, both oral and written, and work well with routine tasks.
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

Hours per week: 18-25 hours


Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly


Salary: $16.00 per hour
