Position Overview:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for PrestigePEO clients with high volume and/or complex business needs.
  • Manage day-to-day Human Resources activities for clients and worksite employees.
  • Provide consultation, guidance, and problem resolution within the assigned client portfolio.
  • Mentor and offer guidance to newly hired team members.
  • Participate in the company's process improvement and change management initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients' human resources needs, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
  • Provide account management for clients with high volume and/or complex business needs.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients and brokers.
  • Engage with internal colleagues as necessary to address client and worksite employee needs.
  • Advise clients on various HR matters such as new hire onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, among others.
  • Manage employee handbook creation, training initiatives, and policies development.
  • Conduct demonstrations for clients and prospects as required.
  • Support HR processes to ensure consistent service delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems for clients and worksite employees.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients and worksite employees.
  • Demonstrate leadership within the role to inspire others in the department and across teams.
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment through collaboration with HR Business Partners and Specialists.

Experience:

Minimum of five years of HR Generalist experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Extensive knowledge of HR including General HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Client Support. PHR or SHRM-CP certified. Previous industry experience and client service delivery preferred.
