Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

Job Tenure: 6 Months Contract

Location: Louisville, KY

Job Description:

  • Lead NetSuite strategic and functional implementations in partnership with consultants and business stakeholders.
  • Direct and oversee technical and business unit resources.
  • Manage integrations into NetSuite utilizing middleware and API connections.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in internal processes and systems.
  • Advise on translating business needs to NetSuite configuration and collaborate with implementation teams for successful solutions.
  • Drive user testing, management, and training efforts.
  • Handle day-to-day operations, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting related to system management and user portal.
  • Support the change management and release process for NetSuite.
  • Manage configuration changes to various system components.
  • Develop solutions to meet evolving business requirements and lead future business information tools implementation.
  • Create workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, KPIs, etc.
  • Streamline new customer and vendor onboarding processes.
  • Train system analysts within functional business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan future customizations and optimization within NetSuite.
  • Provide advice to leadership teams on key business decisions and their impacts on the NetSuite instance.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3 years of NetSuite Administration experience
  • Integration experience (Celigo, API, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, and supply chain management within NetSuite.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Strong collaborator and relationship builder.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
