Position Overview:

Join our Pharmacy Operations team to assist customer service, pharmacy coordinators, pharmacists, and members with resolving pharmacy claims, pricing, and coding issues. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to address pharmacy-related challenges.

This role offers a flexible schedule, including a mix of in-office and remote work, with core hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field OR 4 years of experience in pharmacy/healthcare/managed care
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in managed care customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
  • Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in Retail, Hospital, Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefits Manager, or Health Plan
  • Handling inquiries through various channels
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to resolve pharmacy-related issues
  • Manage clinical and benefit processes in the PBM claims systems
  • Available during core business hours and able to commute to either Albuquerque, NM or Chicago, IL offices
