Monday-Friday, 1st shift - 5:00am-1:30pmOvertime available post-shift or weekends after training is completeReporting to the Manufacturing Operations Supervisor the Electrical Assembler performs a wide variety of electrical production wire harnesses and wire harness installs of a semi-skilled nature to build up and assemble a varying level of complex units.


Primary Responsibilities:
Determines methods and sequence of assembly operations to achieve requirements per provided electrical drawings, shop orders, or process specificationsWorks with electrical components and wiring of various assemblies to build wiring harnesses perform ATP

Utilizes with aviation electrical tools:
crimp tool, DMM, wire stripper, etc.

Utilizes small hand tools such as wrenches, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers to perform some mechanical assemblyAble to use precision measurement tools such as but not limited to scales, calipers (digital and dial) and micrometers.

Disassembles, modifies, reworks, refurbishes, reassembles, and tests units as required.
Reads and comprehends shop orders.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

RTX will not offer sponsorship for this positionTypically requires a HS diploma with a minimum of 2 year of relevant experience.

In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is $25.99 to $35.16. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
