Experience within a franchise automotive dealership environment is a plus. The ideal candidate will be honest, self-driven, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.

In this role, you'll manage health benefits, workers' compensation, and more. You'll conduct exit interviews, analyze data, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement. You'll also handle full payroll posting, benefit reconciliation, and the onboarding process for new hires.

Managing weekly time cards, various monthly/quarterly/year-end reports, and creating and maintaining digital logins and access for software programs will be part of your responsibilities.

We need someone with excellent computer skills, proficiency in mathematical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Payroll and Dealer DMS software.

You should be able to provide compliant information and assistance regarding HR activities, processes, policies, and procedures, with a thorough understanding of Payroll and HR laws at both Federal and State levels.

The ability to work independently while fostering strong relationships with offsite business offices, co-workers, and cross-functional teams is essential.

There's an opportunity to go permanent with us in a couple of months, where you'll receive a full benefits package.

We're starting you off at around $30 per hour, with potential for negotiation based on your experience.
