About The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Marketing who is not only a strategic thinker but also a creative powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities:


Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that not only enhance brand awareness but also drive customer engagement and boost sales.

Lead a dynamic marketing team by setting ambitious goals, fostering a creative environment, and ensuring high performance.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies with company-wide objectives seamlessly.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient spending and high returns on investment.
Stay ahead by analyzing market trends and competitor strategies, adapting plans to stay competitive.
Oversee the creation of engaging digital and traditional marketing campaigns that capture audience interest.
Ensure our digital presence is robust, with optimized websites and vibrant social media channels that engage and convert.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Build and maintain relationships with key external partners and vendors.
Provide insightful reports and presentations to the executive team on marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.

Experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A creative mind with a strategic approach to challenges.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms to drive success.
