Responsibilities:- Manage the implementation of the SW Custom Licensing Application
- Perform GAP/Fit analysis and identify business requirements
- Document current and future business processes
- Create User stories, Use cases and User flows
- Lead testing (UAT, SIT, and Regression) and document results
- Initiate Project Change Control process as needed
- Coordinate with internal and external partners throughout project phases
- Communicate and validate business requirements with stakeholders
- Define and track project performance measurements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst or in IT Systems Consulting
- 5+ years experience in program/project management
- Experience in writing user stories and test plans
- Experience working with Cross functional teams
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Office Suite, and MS Project
- MBA or relevant Masters Degree
- Knowledge of Oracle systems
