We are searching for a lunch support team member to join our school community

Education:
High School Diploma

Special Knowledge/ Skills:
a. completion of food service course b. Food Safety & Sanitation certification

Responsibilities and duties include (but aren't limited to):

  • Prepares all menu items using established policies and procedures.
  • Cleans utensils, equipment and storage, food preparaon and serving areas for the purpose of maintaining required sanitary condions.
  • Maintains equipment, storage, food preparaon and serving areas in a sanitary condion for the purpose of complying with current health standards.
  • Assist in the preparaon and maintenance of all food service reports and records as required by federal, state or local regulaons.
  • Serves food in proper predetermined poron sizes.
  • Serves food that is the correct serving temperature and quality. Any substandard quality food must be brought to the aenon of the Principal.
  • Receives deliveries of food.
  • Maintain adequate supplies, orders as required.
  • Cleans the cafeteria including the serving area connually.
  • Cleans cafeteria area before and aer lunch.
  • Other dues as requested by a Senior Staff.
