The ideal Billing Specialist will be detail-oriented, familiar with industry-specific billing practices, and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate accurate and timely invoices for hazardous waste services as the core duty of the Billing Specialist.
Review contracts and service agreements to ensure billing accuracy, highlighting the attention to detail required for a Billing Specialist.
Resolve billing discrepancies and handle client billing inquiries, demonstrating the problem-solving abilities of a Billing Specialist.

Maintain up-to-date billing system and customer information, a critical function for a Billing Specialist to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Collaborate with environmental and compliance departments to ensure that invoicing reflects the scope of services provided, showcasing the interdisciplinary coordination skills of a Billing Specialist.
