To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

· Develop and implement manufacturing processes and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

· Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new production lines and equipment.

· Conduct feasibility studies for new product introductions and provide manufacturing input.

· Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.

This full-time, salary, role is a part of our Press Team and reports to the Press Operations Manager.

Required experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, 0- 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Preferred experience in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support manufacturing activities.
