Position: CNC Programmer (Full-Time Position)
Schedule: Day Shift - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour
Location: Solon, OH
Job Summary:
We are in need of an experienced CNC Programmer to handle the programming and setup of CNC milling, lathe, or similar equipment based on blueprint requirements. The ideal candidate will interpret and analyze technical blueprints and design schematics, input product designs into computer-aided design software, and validate the accuracy of configurations and programs. This role focuses on fostering a continuous improvement environment utilizing Lean methodologies, communicating the quality policy and objectives, and enhancing quality standards by crafting machine programs using tools like MasterCam or equivalent software solutions. Duties also involve supporting engineering in mechanical design, fabricating tools and fixtures for production, manufacturing prototype components, and offering assistance in the machine workshop.
