Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and address escalated issues with top-notch customer service
  • Identify opportunities for additional products and services while complying with relevant regulations

  • Support a wide range of products and services
  • Contribute to Lean and process improvement projects
  • Resolve complex issues following best practices and escalate when necessary
  • Assess risks in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation and assets
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Thorough understanding of the Dispute process
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively
  • Familiarity with Pega and/or G36 functionality, CoB testing, and Trust Receipts
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
