Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee fire and safety inspections and address any issues
  • Maintain department and building safety
  • Implement preventive maintenance program and complete work orders on time
  • Provide training on safety, security, and service guidelines
  • Represent a professional image through appearance and conduct
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for repair activities
  • Supervise and support engineering staff in maintenance tasks
  • Manage maintenance team including hiring, training, and evaluations
  • Perform skilled repair and maintenance using various tools
  • Manage tool inventories and supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of work areas

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of college or vocational training in electrical, mechanical engineering, or plumbing
  • Six years of experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations, or engineering services in a hotel environment

Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned by supervisors or management.
