Pay:
$88,000 per year plus bonus

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations for a seamless service and a top-notch guest experience.
  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance service standards and maintain an exceptional dining experience.
  • Train and supervise dining room and bar staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold high standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and timely service.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Support in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Participate in budget planning, cost control, and financial management with the General Manager.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a high-volume restaurant setting.
  • Preference for experience in Private Events/Banquet management.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, inventory management, and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
