Pay:
$88,000 per year plus bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations for a seamless service and a top-notch guest experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to enhance service standards and maintain an exceptional dining experience.
- Train and supervise dining room and bar staff to deliver excellent customer service and uphold high standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient food preparation and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Support in developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Participate in budget planning, cost control, and financial management with the General Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar managerial role within a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Preference for experience in Private Events/Banquet management.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food service, inventory management, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software.
