Responsibilities:
Under the general direction of the Sr.

Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the preparation and coordination of the Hospital and Controlled Affiliates' Operating Budgets, completion of various statistical or payroll analysis as well as other ad-hoc fiscal reporting needs.

Primary ownership for the maintenance of the organization's budgeting and cost accounting/decision support systems.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED And Over 3 years to 5 years required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration Or Over 5 years to 7 years Hospital budget/reimbursement experience, financial reporting, Cost accounting/Decision support preferred
