JOB SUMMARY:

The Event Assistant works closely with the Athletic Facilities Lead Operator, managing tasks during events at different locations. This includes selling tickets, handling payments, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing concession sales.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sell tickets and handle payments efficiently, ensuring correct change is given
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest conflicts
  • Manage concession sales, including inventory before and after events
  • Address any maintenance needs in the concession area

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Prior experience in cash handling and customer service preferred
  • Minimum age requirement is 16 years old

LICENSING:
  • Candidates must pass a criminal background check
