Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Third Party Risk Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across various projects and programs. The Third Party Risk Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensures extensive collaboration with ERM, risk partners, senior leadership, business unit stakeholders, and PVM TPRM Risk Team
  • Ensures effective project management/delivery of project milestones
  • Manages and appropriately prioritizes multiple overlapping projects/workstreams
  • Provide overall leadership to large or complex programs which generally are transformational in organizational change, or cross more than one line of business
  • Facilitates regular briefings and key meetings with executives, management, and stakeholders regarding program activities, risk and issues, roadmap delivery, key decisions and other program level events
  • Monitors program execution and delivery progress to ensure projects and outcomes continuously align with expectations and receives approval from manager to course correct projects or overall program when necessary
  • Proactively recommends appropriate next steps and works in partnership with business units and stakeholders to ensure TPRM roadmap activities implementation
  • Provide strategic thought leadership on approaches to overcome impediments to program delivery; skillfully facilitate resolutions and ensure leadership transparency of progress
  • Incorporates knowledge of agile/scrum software development processes and timelines into program roadmap
  • Build relationships with management and key stakeholders
  • Actively participates in cross-functional team activities
  • Keep backlogs fully visible to all
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in program management, release management, and project management
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) processes
  • Proficiency in enterprise software risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders to address risk concerns
  • Familiarity with risk management tools such as Jira and Visio
  • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus
